It was very easy and simple.

I was attended to by Trevor. He was very patient, nice and friendly. He displayed a very good knowledge of the product I was looking to buy and was able to offer suitable advise and guidance.

Very helpful friendly staff that were very knowledgable about the product and the products were accessible to try out.

The customer service was great, we cane in one week and a lady called Jacqueline approached us an answered all queries we had on the bed we were I interested in. She also showed us alternatives after understanding our needs. She was very friendly and made us feel at ease, answering all our (probably stupid) questions. We felt under no pressure to buy, and during the next weekend we went back in to look at the bed, she refinished us instantly and greeted us with a smile- I'm glad she was there when we placed the order so any commission earned would have gone to her after the service she gave!

Good price and product.

We found what we were looking for didn't feel pressurised at any point by the assistant she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and we left the store very happy.

The sales person was honest and explained understood exactly what I wanted.

I visited Coventry Store. The Salesman (Trevor) was excellent and helpful and I was delighted with the service. Based on his handling of the sales etc., I would recommend to friends etc., This was excellent and a big thank you to Trevor.

With help i found the bed i wanted

I came into the store just knowing I needed a new bed. I had a rough idea as looking through the website. However Jackie was so helpful and patient, I must of spent over an hour and half just deciding what frame I wanted, and further 10 minutes on the mattress. She was extremely helpful with advice and knowledge of all the products. And my delivery date is only a week away which is superb and it will be my 21st birthday present too my self. Thankyou for the lovely visit
