Went in knowing what bed I wanted and the transaction was very smooth the assistance knew what she was talking about and it was quick and painless

Assistance was good, the person seemed to know what was the best mattress for us. His name was Mac although it says Jacqueline on our receipts. We also purchased a mattress cover from Dreams.

We were assisted by Jacqueline at the Coventry, Gallagher store. She was so helpful when deciding which mattress suited our needs and she understood our budget requirements. Jacqueline really made it possible for us to afford the bed we had been saving up for for a long time. We couldn't thank her enough as she really made my birthday! We were really please with the bed frame and that we were able to see it in the show room.

As soon as we entered the store and made our way upstairs, a team member came to assist and was there to answer any questions we had. He also came across very confident about his job and gave good information regarding beds and mattresses, by the time end of our visit to the store we had decided what bed and mattress we wanted and got a delivery date that suited us.
