Staff were attentive but allowed us out time to browse without rushing us. Information provided was good and the whole experience was swift and without any problems. The staff all saw the funny side of our purchase of a Hello Kitty mat for ourselves. We liked their faces.

Trevor the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable. There was no pushy sales techniques just quality information and a really warm welcome. It was a pleasure to leave impressed with the service as this is a rare experience in most shops now days.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous without being pushy. Delivery options were good.
