Mac the salesman was excellent never pushy, great product knowedge

Good service in store. We hope the services continue to be good on delivery and assembly of our new bed.

The staff member that help my girlfriend and I listened to the problems we had (back pain/hot sleeper) and took us directly to the best mattresses that would fit out needs. Eliminating 80% of the beds we would have tried. We went in expecting to be in there a while but we found the right mattress for us within 10 minutes.

Friendly staff and good knowledge of product

The general that served us was very knowledgeable about all the beds and mattresses. He left us to try things out then would check on us and give us advice on that product, he even brought over 2 pillows to make us more comfortable. He explained all about the after care of the mattress.

Assistant was very knowledgeable about products and helpful. When we had made our mind up he was very efficient and quick in taking our payment so that we could be on our way.

Although I knew exactly which mattress I wanted the assissant was extremely friendly and helpful

saw what i wanted online phoned up got all info i wanted .lady very understandalbe to my broken bed base i had bought from another shop intileally,reasurance given to your product,delivery arranged to suit me and free as well. im very happy and excited, igot what i wanted at a price i can afford.-double bed divan base.looking forward to not sinking in my bed hee hee.thank you.

I first visited Benson's for Beds, which were a store on the same retail park, opposite. They just did not seem interested in serving me, and the bed I wanted wasn't available. Luckily, they were experiencing a power cut at this time, so I came out of the store, and decided to look at Dreams whilst in the area. I'm glad I did. I found a great bed, albeit much more expensive, and the salesman was a real bonus, friendly, and very helpful. I'm so glad I decided to have a look at Dreams!!
