The assistant (Jacqueline) made my visit to this store a very easy and enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured into buying but was taken through the process of looking at what I was needing and being guided in the right direction. Your pricing was not the cheapest, by about £60, but I prefer to buy on quality of service and she ensured you got the sale. Jacqueline is an absolute credit to the company.

Chose off the internet as this was for a spare bedroom and so used the reviews to make my purchase. The reviews were very useful and these together with the price helped me decide on my purchase. The phone was picked up quickly when making the order which is important. The chap who took my order was very helpful, polite and professional. The delivery guys very also very helpful and polite - they automatically took their shoes off. Very pleased with the whole service from start to finish and very pleased with the bed for the price I paid for it. Thank you.

Staff member Mac was very knowledgeable. Overall on my shopping experience from different stores the beds were very similar in price and quality. The main difference was the approach from the salesman Mac. It was a softer approach with very good product knowledge to back. The likes at Benson for Beds and Carpet Right were ok but not good at answering specific questions I had such as material quality etc.

I went in on the spur of the moment just to ask about and look at mattresses. The sales lady knew what she was talking about and I felt at ease and m8re understanding of the products.
