My wife and I were served by Jacqueline who was very professional and knowledgeable, and talked us through the many option open to us, until we decided upon our purchase.

Very friendly staff who helped us with some items to the car they did all they could to help.

I was happy from the moment I walked in. I wasn't pounched on when I couldn't find what I was looking for I was shown to a touch screen TV. From there on Jackie was more than happy to help out and explain things. My only gripe was there was no bunk bed in store which would of been good so I could show my daughter what she getting and having a understanding of the sizes. But overall more than happy with my experience.

The man in the store in Chippenham was very helpful without being pushy.

The assistant was very friendly and remarkably patient. I was very indecisive but he put me at ease without being forceful. I spent ages in the store but I was made to feel welcome and there was never an awkward moment. He's even made me a cup of coffee and offered a second. I explained about a back problem I suffered. great listener and seem very genuine in helping me fine the right mattress. popped in a second time to pick up receipt and another assistant was equally welcoming and helpful

We were welcomed and given tea. I was catered for being disabled, and we were given advice without the salesman being pushy. We were allowed time to try out beds and choose.

Helpul staff gave all the information required following my extensive research on the website. I was impressed by the option of receiving information and order confirmation via e mail to reduce paper invoice being sent.

We came into the store and chose our product. An assistant was with us very quickly and gave satisfactory answers to all our queries. We went to her desk and completed the paperwork. all very quick and efficient.
