The assistant Anna was very knowledgable about the products. She asked questions to find out what product would be best for me. She didn't just sell me the most expensive things. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Our visit was very helpful, we didn't feel like we were forced into a purchase. Knowledge of the store and its products were great, and didn't try to push us away from what we wanted but found the closest products in relation to what we wanted. Staff were very reasonable with our budget and took into account our circumstances with me and my fiancé's wedding coming up.

I found Mac to be pleasant , helpful and his knowledge in helping me and my Son choose the right bed for my Son was excellent . His knowledge on mattress quality was superb, he made my son feel comfortable in trying out different types. I was under no pressure to buy a product but his honest approach allowed me to choose Dreams. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I feel I have bought a really good product and this is value for money at a competitive price. Thank you Mac
