Mostly down to the service of the sales assistant (Jacqueline) she did an outstanding job, very helpful. A great credit to your company.

Ordered through Internet so, although I replied to questions about the store, they were not applicable in my case. But the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you. Only problem was that I was ordering this for my granddaughter and it was not permitted for the bed to be delivered to her house as I was paying for it on my card. However, I guess that is company policy?

Jacque, the sales lady took our order over the telephone 2 days later and we received the same polite service and explanation of delivery options. Clear and concise and followed this up with an email confirming the order etc,

I ordered over the phone but the service was excellent, options presented clearly and the person was very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait a long time, the price is good and the delivery is quick.

The member of staff was truly amazing and professional. He provided a friendly service with fantastic knowledge and went beyond my expectations. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait furninshing my other 3 bedrooms at my first new home, with dreams. My previous purchase before of a superking bed frame was also such a great service which I led me to come back.

We were able to test the exact product we were interested in. The colleague at store was very attentive and really did help us (Russell at Bedford). The price in store wasn't quite as cheap as we would have liked so we wiated but, when a later offer came on, we enquired over the phone and the colleague we spoke to (Mac at Coventry) was so helpful we proceded with the order. We were very impressed with the speed of delivery - really wasn't expecting it for a few weeks and the quick availability really clinched the deal for us (we had planned to buy from John Lewis originally). A better experience than expected all round. Great service from the Home Delivery drivers too.

While at the Dreams store in Coventry Jacqueline the staff memeber was really helpful and supportive. Overall Jacqueline provided an execellent customer journey with a very satisfying conclusion of the sale for my bed, mattres and other products.
