Dreams - Coventry

New time home owners with limited knowledge, walking into dreams by a recommendation was the best thing I could have done! By far they had the most varied selection in beds and wardrobes. Once our eyes caught sight of the Melbourne collection we knew in an instant that was the bed we wanted, along with bedside tables, Chester draws and wardrobes. Mac and Kid the two colleagues based in the Coventry Gallagher Retail Park, ensured all our questions were answered, gave new fresh ideas to create a wardrobe look to match our individual needs. Not only were they full of product knowledge, they shared their own personal views and experiences of products they had purchased themselves or for family and friends making it a lot smoother and easier to make a decision which we were confident with. Hospitality was spot on, completely approachable, drinks were offered whilst thinking time was needed and both of them made conversation to try to get to know on a personal level which was nice! Ordering was the easiest thing I have ever done. The flexibility offered to spread my payments was spot on which put my mind ease! Would definitely go back to kit out the rest of the house! Thank you both! :)

Great friendly service, the assistant understood our needs and recommended products to suite. The assistant gave personal recommendations for the products as he has them in his home.

I did not feel pressured into making a purchace, Mac the sales man made me a cup of tea and left me to get on with trying the beds but letting me know he was there if I needed help. I left the store having bought one of the most expensive beds available with a 0% finance deal so happy days, I'm looking forward to delivery and sleeping...... yeyyyyyy

Jacqueline was verry helpfull, showed us plenty of different optiones before we have decided what we need to buy. She spent a lot of time with us making sure that we are happy with our choice. We can't wait to receive our bed to our doorstep.

Jacqueline at the Coventry Dreams store was brilliant. I visited there as was looking for a specific mattress, and John Lewis had let me down. I bought my current bed from the Coventry store about 8 years ago so decided to go back and so glad I did. After hearing my disappointment with how John Lewis treated me, Jacqueline listened to my needs and helped me try a few beds before deciding on the perfect bed for me. She was very helpful and friendly and wanted me to get the right bed. I would recommend Dreams as service and price matched my needs perfectly.
