The assistant was very helpful & i got the bed i wanted without trying 2 talk me into something i didnt want . Very pleased with the help i received.

We were seen as soon as we got in the store. The assistant was lovely. She showed us round & gave us options of beds we could select. We tried the different beds out for comfort & she made us coffee while we discussed which was the better bed for us. She gave us all the relevent details on how we could pay. Very helpful & considerate.

I was approached by staff as soon as I entered the shop, and told where to find various things. The staff answered all my questions in a friendly manner, and seemed very knowledgeable about your products.

The person that dealt with us was very helpful, did nit pressure us and was very knowledgeable re the products and what would suit our needs

Trevor from the Coventry store was most helpful , very efficient, very good with the knowledge but most of has gone the extra mile by delivering my pillow personally. Very happy customer.
