It was nice to able to try out the beds and make our minds up with the help of Mac the assistant without any hassle or pushy salesmanship.

Trevor who works at the Coventry department was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted and more, plus he did a great deal. Fantastic service and took a keen interest in me as an individual not just a customer and made everything very smooth and easy. Thank you

The assistant was very helpful and explained everything very well. We were offered drinks and all options were explained very well. She was very professional and was not pushy!

Jacqueline explained about the different mattresses and then gave us time to look round the store and try out as many as we wanted. We were impressed by the wide choice of mattresses available but soon found the most comfy one for us. Jacqueline then came over and gave us a little more information about this specific orthopaedic mattress and we placed our order. Plus a mattress cover. We were also pleased with the delivery arrangements as we had been a bit concerned about what we would do with the old mattress and whether we would be able to get both up and down the stairs. Jacqueline told us for a little extra this could be done by the delivery men. What more could we want.
