Needed some advice on the Ottoman storage option, which was given in a good clear manner. Advice was also given for choice of matteress. Both members of staff I spoke to were very helpful.

Jacqueline the sales assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy (which would have put us off). Her product knowledge was excellent and it was her helpfulness that made us buy from Dreams.

I needed a small double bed and mattresses which are hard to find. The bed that I seen online was in the shop so I was able to see it face to face. Trevor showed me around the shop which mattresses would fit my bed and which ones wouldn't which was helpful as I would of just tired them all!!

Upon entering the store we were met by a friendly (but not pushy) assistant. He took time to understand our needs and provided us with all the information required. He then left us alone to make our decision and then completed the order with efficiency. In all a good experience.

Excellent customer service from the staff. Staff gave us plenty of advice and let us try out a number of options before we chose what we wanted.

Store was clean & tidy. Wide range of products. Store Assistant Jacqueline was excellent providing information & alternatives for us to consider without any over the top sales pitch.
