The sales gentleman was very helpful and informative re guarding the beds I was looking to purchase . Excellent price for the bed and mattress I've brought .

Very helpful staff, both in store and the delivery drivers. Gareth and Remi were very polite asking if they should take there shoes off and if I wanted the packaging to be removed. They declined the offer of a cuppa and cracked on with the rest of their day. Great customer service.

Ordered over the telephone, the member of staff I spoke to was very polite, friendly, had knowledge of the items I was ordering.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because, We were greeted by a very polite and helpful member of staff, there was a large amount of products to choose from. We were left to choose our bed and once we needed assistance a member of staff was there to help with every question and so made our time there very pleasant and enjoyable.

i bought a mattress over the phone because i'd previously been into a store and i knew what i wanted, it was paid for and organized in 10 minutes, very hassle free, and i'd recommend dreams to anyone that sleeps.

The customer service was excellent, I was greeted by a member of staff as I walked in and he immediately showed me products that were in my criteria. The service was fast and the knowledge of the products were exceptional as he was able to compare products to best suit me. The process of purchasing was also fast and the staff member was very informative. The staff members name was Mac.
