I don't like shopping. This was a quick and easy visit to buy something we needed. No fuss, no over attentive sales rubbish. Just the right approach.

The assistant showed be a couple of mattress, didn't crouded be, know what they were talking about, and when I said I was ordering over the phone because they give free delivery wasn't perturbed

I was very happy with the service when I walked in the shop I was greeted by Trevor even bough he was serving a customer. He pointed me in the right direction for ottamon beds. I chose the one I wanted then came down and he recommended a mattress for me. He confirmed the price and I came back the next day to purchase. He recommended pillow and quilt package for me. Went through paper work fast and efficient and also chatted to me whilst doing this. Was really good fast service this is the second time I have purchased items from dreams. Trevor is a lovely salesman and a credit to your company.

Walked into store was greeted by Trevor who even though was helping a customer pointed me in right direction for ottoman beds. Recommended a mattress also.

Trevor knew about the product, I'd actually seen the bed online so knew what we were buying but he gave us more information. All of the staff were friendly and we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

Trevor was fantastic!! He knew a lot about the products and was very friendly. We also found everything we needed thanks to him.

I got what I came for with a minimum of fuss. Kid was very helpful and knowledgable and helped me throughout.

We were helped by Trevor who had met with me on the previous day where we had looked at various products , he had demonstrated the benefits and talked through our needs, he had been patient with my son who is buying his first bed, He had used sales techniques sensitively but had recognised that son didn't have a massive budget, so hadn't pressured but had encouraged not to go for the cheapest option by explaining how to get value for money, In this visit he had remembered him by name and was friendly and chatty, he was flexible in the offer he made and I felt like we received a personal service. Would like Trevor to be made aware that he made our purchase experience a good one
