Salesperson was very knowledgeable not pushy and made a perfect cup of tea!

The shop assistant was friendly and efficient. She helped to give recommendations on other mattresses when the type we requested could not be delivered at the same time as our bed frame.

You are assuming I visited your store and make no provision in your survey for on line sales or talking to assistant which I did. The lady I spoke to was very efficient and helpul and I arranged everything over the phone.

The store was not due to open at the time we arrived on a Sunday morning but Mac opened the doors for us, let us browse and explained the products to us. We were offered tea or coffee and even though the products could not be sold to us before the official opening time this was explained in a considerate way. We went off and did other shopping and returned when the store was able to sell the product to us.

Staff very helpful

Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product we were looking for. We did not feel under any pressure at any time to make a decision. The order was placed quickly and we fully understood the payment and delivery arrangements.

We were served by a lady called Jacqualine, she was very helpful, her product knowledge was excllent and she maneged to sell us probably one of the most expensive matresses in the shop, im guessing she is a pretty good slaes person too!!

We were very happy with the advice we were given, the amount of time we were given to just look around and try out beds and the way we were treated. Perfect customer service. We had planned on going to a few different stores, but didn't move on after going in here and really liking the customer service. The prices were also reasonable and within budget and the selection was perfect to get an understanding of the different types of mattresses. It helped me to really understand some of the online research I had done about mattresses as well. It is important to go in and test even after doing research. We were helped by Trevor on the showroom floor and Mac with the financing; both were brilliant to work with, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy in any manner. This was really refreshing to both me and my partner as we are not particularly fond of pushy sales people (who don't really know what they are on about!...like you can get in some other shops!)

Your employee Trevor was understanding of our needs and explained in detail all available options. With Trevor's knowledge and curteous nature, he made the chore of which bed and mattress to buy almost enjoyable!
