Friendly and helpful staff (Trevor from Coventry store). Space to try mattresses without feeling pressured. They had what we needed. I would have liked to take the matresses home there and then so that is why some answers are marked lower.

The colour coding of the beds was explained to me so that I could focus on the type of mattress I wanted. I was encouraged to spend time lying on the bed and not just poking it with my finger. The sales people were not pushy but helped when asked.
