Dreams - Coventry

We were approached in a professional manner by two staff , the first I stated I just wanted to look and was assured that is great , The second sales person Jackie approached after a suitable time and answered all our questions to a high knowledge base standard , following good advice and further trying of beds We purchased the one we felt was right for us, I did this because unlike another store (BFB) At dreams I was treated like a valued Customer and was given every opportunity to decide what was right for me and not told what was right for me , big difference. I liked the fact that we were offered a cup of tea and the choice of pillows to enhance the experience of trying out a bed, lastly Jackie was extremely Polite and Respectful throughout the time spent in your shop, I will be using Dreams again in the future because after today I realise that Customer relations have not complexly disappeared, and I hope you do pass this compliment on to the Coventry Store and staff , Well Done

Nice people, decent prices after negotiation, quality is yet to be determined but I have high hopes.

The member of staff was friendly, he listened to our needs and showed us products in our price range and wasn't pushy in his sales technique. We were allowed to browse at our own pace and he was available when we needed assistance

Sales Assistants did everything in their power to ensure that I could have my mattress delivered asap. Very helpful and understanding.

We went to the store to get a new bed frame. We asked a member of staff and all bed frames were upstairs. We were approached after we had looked at all bed frames by Jacqueline, she was really nice and listened to what we needed, she checked stock of the item we wanted, which was available, we had a think about it, then decided to go ahead and order, the ordering time was very quick and professional, having our 16 month old with us, they realised that they needed to be quick. We were very happy and satisfied leaving the store

Mac was very friendly and we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. He understood our specific needs and didn't digress from what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly to us.

I visited two of your stores. It was following my trip to your Rugby store that I actually made my choice of beds. John ( who gave us advice) at this store was helpful, polite, didn't,t pressure us at all. Although we didn't order from Rugby as we live in Coventry. I decided to go to the Coventry store to order, I had a similar experience so well done to your staff at Dreams.

An extremely pleasant , stress free shopping experience. We had no idea what we were looking for and came out with a fully informed purchase with absolutely no pressure. Will be returning for future purchases and Anna is a credit to your Coventry store.
