The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The man who served us we found out at the end of the purchase was quite new but we would never have known as he was very professional and knowledgable. Not pushy at all.

Entered the store to be welcomed by a very pleasant assistant named Trevor who was experienced in the products available. My visit was enjoyable & I came away satisfied with my purchase. The sale was straightforward & I'm delighted with the service I received. Thank you.

When I visited the Coventry Store at Gallagher retail Par, still looking around. I was impressed with how Mac was so helpful in understanding my need and his product knowledge. He asked me questions which helped him better understand my needs and was able to recommend the product which I ended up ordering. On the day I came back to place my order, I was greeted when arrived, offered a seat and a beverage. This made me feel like high valued customer. Mac, walked me step by step to understand my order and asked all the questions I still had on the day. In the end, I left a happy customer.

Greeted on entering the store, helpful, polite staff member & all straight forward, this our 2nd mattress from the store for two different rooms & we will return when another one is required in the future. Thank you
