Dreams - Coventry

I have never been to a Dreams store before and found the staff member that I spoke to very helpful. He spent plenty of time with me and expalined the virtues of each bed allowing me to choose the matress that would suit me the most.

Polite colleague, good knowledge, quick and easy to find and buy new bed.

The sales assistant Jacqueline was a wealth of information...made the whole process flow swimmingly. A true boon to your business.

We researched our requirements at several other outlets and the Internet but the standard of service and friendliness displayed at this store left us in no doubt where we were going to place our order once we had established exactly our wants. The sales people, Mac in particular, were very helpful and non pushy. (which has my wife leaving many a shop). We could have ordered online but we felt the service we received warranted some recognition so I went back to the store to order our bed and mattress.

When I walked in, I wasn't sure what type of bed I was looking for. The sales assistant, Trevor, was excellent. He showed me options and was very patient when I kept changing my mind. He also gave me excellent advice on the mattresses. The other sales assistants in the store were very friendly too,

very knowlageble colleague, understood the enquiery prompt service . Thank you

We were assisted by Trevor He listened and responded to everything we asked/needed.

We were able to buy a double bed that met our needs, both in quality and in price.

The sales assistant, Anna, took time to she me a range of mattresses and frames in the store until I found the things my I wanted.
