Dreams - Coventry

Greeted on arrival , advice given was good ,left alone to look then when ready to chose given all options and recommendations. Once bed chosen payment/paperwork sorted quickly. Salesman attentive but not intrusive. As a repeat customer I find Dreams a positive shopping experince.

The man who served us 'trevor' was very helpful and very generous. After declining the tea and coffee he offered us he even thought to offer my fiance a lemsip because he was so poorly. He had a great sense of humour and helped explain the different products and materials to suit our needs. He didn't pester or rush us just allowed us to take our time while answering any questions that we had. It was the most pleasant shopping experience I have had in total. Highly recommend the dreams store at Gallagher retail park in coventry!

The assistant who came to help me choose my new mattress was very knowledgable. He listened to my requirements for my new mattress then he made suggestions what would be suitable for me, he made me aware of the return policy for Dreams which I found a great idea. I tried loads of beds out before I made my decision

We went to other bed shops and they were over keen to sell us there beds but at dreams your salesmen showed us the relevant beds we were interested in and then let us browse at our leisure .

The man that served us was FANTASTIC!!! I never complete surveys nor do I ever like salesman but he was brilliant. Not sure of his name but he works in the Coventry store and served Whitney Bryce - lovely to meet you and thanks for your help!

The service was very good he was pleasant,friendly and very helpful.

Myself and my husband were looking for a new bed and was helped by Trevor, he answered all of our questions and gave us time to think and look for our self. He was very polite and showed an interest and understood what we were looking for.

When we arrived at Dreams in Coventry we were greated by Trevor. After explaining what I was looking for and my preference towards a TV bed he showed us the variety of tv beds available, he took his time explaining the difference and answered any questions I had, he also showed us the difference in mattress and explained the difference which we found really helpful. Once Trevor explained that a king size bed was longer than a double bed I had to return home to measure up, he wasn't a pushy salesman which made the whole experience much more relaxing. I can't thank him enough and look forward to getting my new bed.
