KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFUL ATTITUDE OF THE SALESPERSON MAC WAS SECOND TO NONE AND HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR ORGANISATION. EVERYTHING WE ASKED WAS EXPLAINED AND WE COULD NOT FAULT THE SERVICE WE WERE GIVEN. THE SHOP WAS LAID OUT SIMPLY AND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE BEDS OFFERED WAS SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD RETURN TO THE STORE KNOWING THE ASSISTANTS ARE WELL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL.

Overall experience was seamless, staff were very helpful without the added pushiness.

There was a good selection of mattresses in our price range. The assistant clearly explained the differences in fillings, firmness etc and gave us enough assistance and enough space to come to a decision.

Trevor was polite and friendly, giving information about the bed mattress in relation to a previous purchase we had made. He was not at all pushy, and we left feeling confident in what we had been told. We then returned later in the day to make the purchase.
