We went to the store looking for a bed and with the assistance of the helpful member of your staff we were able to find just what we were looking for at a price that we considered value for money.

Was approached by an assistant who was very helpful and friendly. Explained our needs and she was extremely helpful and understanding with a wealth of knowledge.

ANITA at Coventry Gallagher Store was very friendly and talked us through all our options and all of the products. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

Jacqueline who served us was really helpful friendly and polite and had alot of time for us to make sure we got a bed suitable for me and my husband.

Anna Abbys was very helpful and friendly. She never pushed us to buy any product she just helped us decide what we wanted and gave us all the answers to our questions and based on what we asked her she gave us guidance to help us make sure we made the right decision. Really good service without the hard sell which i find most annoying when normally shopping.

The assistant Jacqueline was quick to come to my aid, gave me clear advice on several beds that were available with detail on their structure, comfort and value without pushy sales patter. I was encouraged to try the types of mattress that I explained for my need. I was impressed at every stage without feeling that I was being pushed into a sale and given confidence in what I was buying. I was treated pleasantly and courteously and patiently.

Very helpful and friendly assistance but there was no pressure or hurry to buy. There was plenty of choice of products to chose from.
