It was refreshing to be served by Trevor, who went out of his way to be helpful, informative and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The time he spent with me made me feel valued as a customer and interested in my needs as a person, not as often happens in this day and age "sales fodder". It was a pleasure to do business there and his colleagues too seemed most pleasant. He ensured that my purchases were tailored to my needs.

the assistant was very helpful in showing me the right mattress for me and her knowledge was excellent and i thought yes this the one i wont.

Trevor was fantastic, he was very knowledgable about the products. He gave us space to think things through and listened to what we needed.

Products on offer are of very high quality and due to the item I wanted to purchase being on a 20% off promotion this was even better. I had visited the store previously and been advised by a very helpful salesman (Mac), that the mattress I wanted to buy would be on promotion shortly, hence the reason for my visit today.

My experience was very pleasant. Me and my partner took part in a Tempur demonstration which was extremely relaxing, i think we both nearly fell to sleep in the store. We were shown the products and given a lot of information from Jacqueline in store who was very knowledgeable about the products, this definitely helped us decide which products to buy. Not only were we helped to choose our bed,pillows,headboard and bed sheets we were also given the offer to have our delivery split in to two as the bed would be ready for delivery sooner than the head board. We can't wait for our new bed to arrive. Keep up the good work Dreams.

We went in purposely to buy and not browse. We knew what kind we wanted and the Sales assistant showed us 4/5 beds and the last was the one we wanted. Bish bash bosh, done. Whilst filling in our details, we decided to get a single bed aswell, so Jacqueline showed us, we picked it and again that was that. All completed within I'd say half hour max. Now that's the way to shop!
