Assistant was very helpful, gave a lot of advice and worked hard to get us a good deal as well as price matching a different store. We ordered an expensive tempur mattress and wanted to arrive in 2-3 months which was also catered for

Assistant Jacqueline was very helpful didn't hassle us and gave us time to realise what we wanted and if there was anything we were unsure about she helped make our visit. Big thank you to Jacqueline

Excellent choice of products clearly displayed, lovely helpful staff but not 'pushy', a 20% reduction + Sharps 10% discount meant I could afford a better quality bed so I felt pleased. Though I have yet to sleep on the bed!

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Very friendly and informative without being pushy.

Jackie our assistant was very friendly and helpful! We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and when we decided to it was just before the store closed yet Jackie did not see this as any problem at all and our purchase also made a couple of other staff members have to stay back but again it wasn't a problem. During our visit we were also offered a drink which was a really nice touch.

Up prom arriving myself and my husband started having a look round, a man names mark came and asked if we were ok, needed help, I asked a few questions about finance he was able to answer clearly, then we went upstairs to look at ottermans he showed us how they worked, gave advice,told us about the different mattress availble and what was good for what price based on his opinion. a lady names Jacqueline compelted the sale as mark was on the phone, Both members of staff very friendly .

Friendly, competant staff who didn't 'hassle' me but provided all the assistance I required
