Dreams - Coventry

Tried to order online but paypal wouldn't link, worried that i had ordered the same bed 6 times i rang number. Connected to Pavan who was very helpful and calmed my nerves! Completed order on phone to complete satisfaction.

I actually placed my order over the phone to the coventry branch your colleague was very well spoken,mannered and it was a pleasure chatting to her as for the product it will be delivered next thursday i am sure it will be fine

The shop was nice and clean,the staff was polite and one of the member of staff help with our kids ,and kept them entertained whilt we finalised the purchase. The staff was not pushy and explained everything in detail. Even though we said we was going to look at one of your competitors, Trevor did not push for a sale.

I had previously bought a Tempur cloud pillow from Dreams and the assistant gave me the same pillow to take round the shop with me to get a true feeling of how a new bed would feel with my Tempur pillow. The Assistant was helpful and didn't try to push us into making a purchase. He gave us time to find the type of bed we wanted and then showed us similar ones. We have purchased our last 2 beds from Dreams and once again we received an excellent service.

There was a good knowlege base from the assistant, and he was not pushy at all.

The welcome from the staff, the opportunity to browse at our lesuire after advise in what we were looking for from Trevor a very knowledgeable and pleasant assistant. The advise and demonstration of what each mattress consisted of and their structure. We were allowed to browse unhindered but Trevor was always on hand to answer any questions or advise. He also asked about our pillow type and supplied pillows to our needs, which we also purchased with our order.
