The service we received was excellent which made choosing our new bed very easy

Mac, the sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He also recognised that we had bought other things from the shop previously. He contacted the supplier to make sure the wardrobe would come in flat pack.

The member of staff that dealt with our enquiry was extremely patient, helpful and very understanding to our needs. We felt comfortable and we're pleased with not only the great price, but also the level of service delivered. We will definitely be visiting again and passing our praise to others we know.

Answered efficiently every question I asked. Checked beds out last week and went back to order this week and Mac remembered me.

We really appreciated the way Mac made sure we had all the information that we needed, and kept checking on us, but without being intrusive or annoying. His assistance helped us to decide which mattress to buy in the end, and then ordering was really quick and simple. He even made us coffee!

We specified exactly what we were looking for and we were shown what would fit our description. We were shown and tried a few mattresses and then we were left to make our own decision. The service was very professional and everything was explained really well

He had good knowledge of the product and was very helpful.
