Hi Dreams, I want to congratulate you on having Jacquline in the Gallagher Coventry store on Saturday 28/2 I went in looking for New mattress for my son (aged 6) he was with me and I have to say I was so pleased with how Jacquline interacted with him, we had fun and she kept him entertained and talked to him like it was his choice. This part is key as My son can be a little tricky to handle but not Saturday he was brilliant. Allowed to try the beds which he loved. All In all the whole process was brilliant ok granted the computer was slow but George Couldn't care he was allowed to test the beds out and all Was well Please pass On my congratulations as she really is an asset to the store

Sales rep kid was friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and helpful. Although I could have got something less expensive at bensons for beds, kid was the reason we returned

The service we received from Mac was second to none. He was extremely helpful, showed us all the differences between the two models in order for us to make a fully informed decision. Although we arrived quite late to the store we did not feel at all rushed by the staff and were allowed to take our time making our decision.
