I already sent this but then it said timed out! The customer service was excellent. The sales person Trevor was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. He was polite and gave us a warm welcome. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying products and Trevor was happy to answer my questions. The products were priced well and of good quality and value. I liked the fact we were offered water or hot drink and it's the little things that contribute to excellent customer service and I would certainly shop here again.

Trevor was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us to choose the right bed for our daughter. His customer service is amazing!!!

Very helpful Dreams colleagues and not trying to push a sale or extra products. Very rare to get good retail service these days so a refreshing change to have a traditional great service by someone who seemed to care rather than just turning up to work because they had to. Well done and thank you

We were met with very good reception by the staff who helped us. His communication was very effective and the marketing language was simplified to our understanding. No jargon was used. Corona protocol was observed. The demonstration suited our needs hence the good 10% discount offered was a bonus. The price was very competitive and so was the product. The sales rep made us feel like valued customers.
