We thought it was going to be a fairly difficult thing to choose a bed as there was a good choice in store to look at, but it turned out to be quite an enjoyable experience. The salesman was a great help & pointed out a few things we wouldn't have even thought about ourselves when we were trying to make a decision on which bed to go for, but he wasn't at all pushy which we liked. If he had been we probably would have left & gone somewhere else!

We were left alone to be able to make our own choices , we weren't pounced on as soon as we walked through the shop. We had been in the shop a while for the assistant to ask if we required any help and when we said we couldn't make up our mind between 2 of the beds he gave us the pros and cons to both of the beds which enabled us to be able to make up our minds. We had previously bought our children's beds from there and they were of a good quality.

The assistant Mac was very helpful and polite and explained everything to us very thouroughly so we understood everything and he answerd all queries we had about the product.
