The assistant Jacqueline was very helpful and friendly. There was no rush to choose a bed, I spent a good while trying to decide which bed was best for me by testing them out. At no time did I feel under pressure to hurry up. Then I needed to choose some new pillows and went through the whole testing process again. I would go back again. Thank you

we were looking for a new matress needed to look around looked online at your site.. before going to your store I went to bensons for beds not good !!!! salesman was straight in our faces and didn't seem to understand our needs and kept pushing us to dearer ones left quickly over to your store sorted very quickly

I called dreams to order online as I was unhappy with the staples corner NW2 store as they did not serve me professionally nor explained to me the delivery options that were available to me , the lady helped me to find my bed ,headboard and mattress , fully explained me the delivery options and was polite courteous and very helpful and I placed my order and paid .

I had been to another Dreams store (in Leamington Spa) a few months ago to start my research into a new mattress. The staff there were also extremely helpful and knowledgable (but I can't remember the lady's name). Then I saw the sale on advertised in the shop window, and now knowing what wanted, I went in and met Trevor in Coventry. He listened to what I wanted, briefly offered a few other options, and when he realised I knew what I wanted, went straight to show me what was available.
