I knew what I was looking to purchase from the website, the assistance I received from Kid in the Coventry store was exceptional, I was even offered a drink while I browsed around the store.

You was cheaper then benson for beds lol and when walking into dreams you was left to it look around before a sales person approch us and no pressure in buying but we did so all in all very happy so many thanks.

The assistant was very helpful but not over bearing. She was very knowledge and helped me pick the right mattress. We had a good laugh as well.
