Mac took my order over the phone and he works in the Coventry store. He was fabulous and gave me brilliant customer service. Definitely deserves a pay rise :) thank you!!!!

The sales rep, Mac, was very helpful and immediately understood our needs regarding a new mattress. Was also very good with our 3 young children who were enjoying playing in the store!

Tha assistant was more than helpful and advised us of the correct mattress to purchase for the bed that we have, his knowledge was very helpful in making our choice.

I was helped by Mac at Gallagher. He was polite knowledgeable and not pushy. He was very helpful and my visit was painless. I believe I received a good deal with good quality products. Its our third bed from Dreams.(the others are still in use) Ive never had any problems with my purchase. I always tell people to shop there .

Salesman was not pushy, invited us to spend as much time as we needed to try out the various beds, mattresses and pillows. Offered good advice on the type of mattress which would best suit both of us.

We were served by Jacqueline who was extremely helpful and quickly realized what our needs and priorities were. She was never pushy just informative and gave us the best deal she could.
