Dreams - Coventry

Round New Year we shopped for a new bed at Dreams. Sales Assistant Jackie was very helpful and spent time with us advising us and helping us choose. We didnt order at that time as we had to part with the twin beds we had in the bedroom. Shortly after I was taken ill for a few months and we only got back into the store last Saturday, 21st.May. We met Jackie again and we just picked up where we left off. Our order was dealt with very pleasantly and efficiently. No time wasting and we felt well looked after. No complaints at all. I made a telephone call to Jaqui who talked through some of the items that were available to me and she was very helpful in the product range and also helping me in my delivery requirements.

Served by Jacqueline who was excellent. My friend and I were both buying mattresses and as well as showing us different products, Jacqueline quickly realised what type of mattress we liked individually and directed us to partcular ones. She explained the different types in just the right amount of detail, enough to understand the differences not so much that we got confused. I really feel liked she helped me make the right choice and didn't push a sale on me.

The assistant was VERY knowledgeable , friendly and very helpful , in all aspects of this visit.

I new I wanted a ottoman bed, was shown different ones and lots to choose from and tried different matteresses. Mac was very helpful

Purchase made by telephone as there seemed to be a problem ordering on line but Trevor who dealt with my enquiry was very helpful
