Sales person very helpful and explained the difference in each type of Tempur mattress. They also gave us time to check ourselves without being pressured in any way

Jacqueline who served us was extremely helpful and was respectful of our own space and the need to think carefully about our requirements and budget,she was not pushy as some salespeople are,all in all an enjoyable experience

We almost given up finding the bed we wanted. By of chance we came across the Dreams store. Our request was very specific as the headboard had to be low, and needed to be an ottoman in the colour grey! Mac (the Sales person) listened to our needs and we found the perfect bed and a lovely comfy matress!

The bed was for my mother who was very pleased to have a lady (Jacqueline) assist her who was very helpful, she made my mother feel non pressured or hurried in her decision.

Theres no pressure to purchase, i kindly enjoyed my experience purchasing a bed.

I had assistance on line from Ruby, she was great and helped me find a headboard. Anna was very helpful too, when I telephoned to clarify the delivery charges and arranged delivery dates.
