Very good product information , friendly service . Jacqueline was a credit to your company , it was customer needs first then product needs second which is how it should be . She listened to my requirements first which narrowed it down to about 5 mattresses and that's all you can ask for . I did pop over to Bensons for beds over the road to compare prices which was lie on every bed and sell, sell, sell.( not the way to go ) . 5 minutes later I had purchased my first mattress from dreams , Well done .

Shop assistant was very helpful without being "in our faces". He gave us time and space on our own to look at products, but was there to answer questions and help make informed choices. Didn't feel rushed or pushed into purchasing. Very good shopping experience

Trevor was very knowledgeable and polite. He was attentive and did not hassle us.

Staff member (Jackie) was very thorough and welcoming. Her knowledge was very good and any questions she did have, which were minimal, were answered quickly and efficiently by her manager!

The colleague who served us, was very friendly and a credit to the store. In the past when purchasing things of value sales people haven't taken me seriously due to my age and don't think I am really going to buy anything. This colleague didn't do that, the whole time he was incredibly helpful.

Although the choice of beds of the sort we were looking for was smaller than elsewhere we quickly found a suitable bed at an excellent price. We were assisted in our choice by a very friendly and understanding member of staff who pointed us in the direction of a top quality mattress at a knock-down price. He was also able to locate a bed, not in store, that fitted our needs even more. The ordering process was straight forward. We were particular;y pleased with the access to interest-free credit with minimal credit checking.

Trevor was very knowledgeable about the products and took into consideration our needs. Trevor and Jacqueline were very friendly and approachable and made our visit a pleasant experience

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. I suffer with a bad back and she was very helpful in helping pick the right mattress for me.

Staff member was very informative and knew what she was talking about and able to help us find what we were looking for.
