Trevor the sales guy is a credit to Dreams. He even made us a coffee & did not rush us at all. He is extremely knowledgeable & would not settle until we were completely satisfied. Looking forward to our new bed arriving

It has been some time since I purchased a new bed and although I had done some considerable research on the internet, I wanted my purchase to be more informed, by trying and testing the product. I was pleased that I made the decision to visit Dreams. Your Dreams colleague Mac at the Gallagher Retail Park store was extremely helpful. Polite and patient, he was also knowledgeable about your products. In addition to this he explained your 'Comfort Exchange' which gave me extra 'peace of mind'. As this was a significant purchase I felt comfortable and happy with my decision and I am looking forward to receiving my lovely new bed. Thank you.

The sales man was very informative listens to what I said regarding back problem and was very friendly. the whole experience was great.

The gent who served us make us feel very welcome, offered us a drink (non alco) and knew his subject extreemly well.

The staff in the store were really friendly and helpful. Mac had really good knowledge about the beds and could answer all our questions. We also enjoyed the free cup of tea! It was good to be able to try out the mattresses and to hear recommendations without feeling under any pressure to buy.

Upon walking into the store we were greeted and offered assistance. We had just been to another bed store and were curious to see how dreams products compared. We were left to our own devices but were aware help was at hand if needed. When we did ask for assistance, a lady named jaqueline was a great help. She listened to our needs, made sensible recommendations, coupled with explanations that we could understand and gave us plenty of time and space to try them out without feeling pressured to buy. Overall a very pleasant experience shopping at dreams and will happily return in future when another bed is required.
