Trevor assisted us he wasn't pushy he gave us plenty of time to look around store before approaching us he was very knowledgeable and friendly

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable big not at all pushy

Mac from Dreams on Gallagher Retail Park respected that we needed time to browse and talk about the products to each other rather than being followed around like in some stores. He had great knowledge of the products and couldn't have done any more to help. His advice was most appreciated.

I was served by a lady called Jacqueline. I was with my 3 children who were very inpatient and kept on interupting during shopping however Jackie was so patient with me and my children. Jackie showed me different beds and how they operate. My son was fascinated about the music bed of which Jackie took her time to show us how it operates. I spent approximately 1hr and 30 minutes in the shop shopping around for 2 beds. This is the best thing I did on Friday as my son got the bed that he's always dreamed off. I was also fascinated by the quality of beds and to know that my products will be covered for 8 years gives me piece of mind. Will definitely recommend dreams to my family and friends.

Went to bensons previous and was very dissapointed. Went in to dreams on two seperate ocasions and both anna and jackelene was very helpful and happy to spend as much time with us as we needed. And answered all of our questions. Was nit pushy and everything went well with our purchase.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. Took my requirements into account very well. I was satisfied with my choice of mattress, but the partner was able to direct me to a better choice, explaining why her choice was more suited to my needs
