Trevor was a great help and advised on the right mattress and divan. He was very knowledgable but not overbearing. Got it just right. I have delivery within two weeks which is superb. Only marked satisfaction of product as average as I don't have it yet so can't really comment on its overall quality. Thank you

The assistant was very helpful and after listening to my requirements, suggested that I try the beds that she felt meet my requirement. When I had made my final choice she then suggested that I lie on it for 10 minutes and lie in the position that I normally sleep to make sure that the bed was right for me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The customer service was above and beyond. The colleague's name at the Coventry store was Mac. He was so helpful but not pushy. He gave me and my partner time to talk seperately and discuss and this made us feel very comfortable. He showed us all of our options and we ended up buying something we would have purchased without his help. We are very grateful. He also gave us some complimentary items such as duvet protectors and a pillow which really helped us out. A wonderful member of staff!!!!

As soon as I entered Dreams, the sales assistant greeted me with a smile and an offer of assistance. She did not lose her patience at all and guided me through options very meticulously. She showed a very high degree of customer care. She made me feel very important. As I was struggling to write down dimensions of the bed and the two types of headboards, she willingly wrote appropriate details for me. This is the epitome of perfection.

Jaqueline was so helpful - I had purchased a roll up memory foam mattress that I regarded as too thin and my daughter who is an adult could feel the slats through the mattress, so it was unsuitable. The measurements are incorrect - website states that the mattress is 20 cm deep but it is only 13 cm. Both Mark and Jaqueline were really accomodating in helping me find an affordable exchange. Mark even offered refund based on the incorrect measurements. It's great to see that company is acting honourably as had dire experience before going to Dreams with a company called Furniture247, who have been nothing but rude and obnoxious in dealing with my complaints about a mattress they sent to me that all the stitching was undone and foam exposed from covering - waterproof one. I had to get trading standards involved and still have not recieved a refund. When I went into Dreams - I was very unwell and Jaqueline was really compassionate when I became quite overwhelmed and upset, so all in all I think your service is great. A little pricey - and might add that more budget matresses be on offer, is my only critisism. Thank you.
