excellent knowledge of the products i was looking into. easy to talk to staff. was left alone when i needed time to think without being shadowed and crowded and staff were present when i had questions.

we are very pleased with the way we treated when we went into dreams the person who looked after us was very understanding about what we wanted and helped us to pick the right bed for us and we would recommend dreams to friends and let them know that they will get the same good service as we received in store thank you .

Highly satisfied with the store very attentive staff, everyone worked as a highly proffessional multi task team. The assitant went out of her way to accomodate our needs, an if she was un sure she would liase with other staff and nothing was to much trouble for any of them. This store is a well trained well mannered shop, nothing was to much troube, and they help each other. It was a pleasure to see the old fashioned values on display in this store, that the customer comes first.Well done every body.

Sales person was friendly,helpful, smiled and we had none sales chat. He was not pushy about making a sale, giving me time to make my mind up. Showed me all the options i could have, explained the differences between the matresses and the possible benefits for me. He also expalined the payment arrangement, delivery of new bed and disposal of my old bed costs. He also told me about your recycling of my old bed (it was not going to land fill as is apparantley normal for other companies. The other staff were friendly, chatty and smiled a lot. As I only went in on a whim (I had no intention of buying a new bed that day),I enjoyed the whole experience and have recomended the store to family members and friends.

Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was not aggressive or pushy but very friendly. There was plenty of choice and my daughter was able to try out the beds for size and comfort. We were given helpful information and plenty of options. It was useful to have the type of mattresses colour coded.
