We were highly satisfied with our experience at this Dreams store with helpful and knowledge full staff who understood our needs with speedy placement of the order . We were happy with everything from placing the order till the delivery and service which we received from Dreams . Now we are having great Dreams in a Dreams bed thanks very much Mr A Jones

With the choice of products being so great, the help from your member of staff was crucial in enabling me to come to a decision on which mattress to purchase. All my requirements were listened to carefully and using her great product knowledge your member of staff was able to offer me good advice and direction. I felt that I was advised to buy the right product for my needs rather than the most expensive one.

I visited the store on the previous Thursday and spoke with another assistant about my needs so knew exactly what I wanted when I went to order. Mark Hewitt who dealt with my order was very patient and personable. I told him that I could not take delivery immediately because I was moving, he explained what my options are and I am expecting to take delivery within the next two or three weeks. My parents also bought a bed from this store several years ago and were very pleased with the service they received then, that is one of the reasons I returned.

I was really surprised by very warm welcoming and serving customers such as high stander, and the products and prices were excellent .

Assistant very helpful, explained everything without putting any pressure on us. We found the product we wanted and placed our order without any delay. Delivery date was also arranged for a suitable day of the week which fitted in with us. Would recommend to family and friends.

It was a very pleasant visit. The staff were very informative, not pushy, understanding and very patient. The process of the order to be complete was very speedy. We were offered a hot drink too but kindly declined (it was a warm day) after purchasing the mattress, Jackie was very helpful in telling us about the 8 year garentee which enabled us to get a free mattress protector. Very pleased. She also recommended a great pillow to us too. Very friendly would recommend and would 100% go back there for more furniture/bedding. Thank you

Jacqueline at the Gallagher retail park, Coventry branch was extremely helpful and honest. She listened to what we needed and sold us the perfect product (hopefully, it arrives next week!)We had just moved house and needed a reasonably priced double bed for our daughter. She didn't push to sell us the most expensive she understood our budget and was brilliant. She was knowledgeable and honest about the products. My husband and I were really impressed and didn't bother to shop anywhere else, we were satisfied with the service, quality and price we o received.
