Two visits one for the mattress and second for a base and headboard - both store assistants were polite, knowledgeable, good humored and efficient (second visit store assistant was Jacqueline, cannot remember name of the assistant on our first visit). Both gave us space and time to consider our purchases without pressurizing us.

Store representative Mac was both friendly and professional, advising and assisting us to make the right choices eg moving mattress from one bedbase to another to show us exactly what we would be getting and to test how easy it was to move and to lift the ottoman storage base.

As soon as we entered the store, the sales assistant Trevor, asked if we would like any assistance, or we wished to be left to browse. I appreciated this as sometimes sales assistants can be quite pushy. Trevor was very helpful and when I told him the sort of product we were looking for, he guided us to look at a few beds and it showed that he had listened, as we chose the bed very quickly. I found the drawers under the bed very sturdy and I was impressed.

Not having purchased a mattress for a number of years, I was a little unsure about the different types available. The sales assistant was very happy to give impartial advice, without being pushy. We were offered a drink whilst we browsed around, and didn't feel at all pressured into making a purchased. Would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

From walking into the store I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming manner...the store was clean and spacious with plenty of choice of beds and furniture...I was shown around by Jackie who worked there..she stayed with us the whole time giving us knowledge of both beds and furniture..she did not pressure us into buying a product..we felt at ease and so pleased she was there to help..the visit was not rushed and Jackie took her time with us..she was very patient..I placed an order and will definitely return again highly recommending others..and extremely satisfied..

Jacqueline was friendly and helpful without being pushy. She asked us about our needs and if we had an researched our options to ascertain the support that she needed to give. She gave us time to explore all of the options and gave us time to think alone, with refreshments before placing our order. She helped us to look at all of the configuration options and the most cost effective purchase for our needs.

The item I wanted was in stock and the availability for delivery was perfect for when I wanted it. The price was around what I expected, the options available were vast and assistant that I worked with to place my order had an excellent knowledge of the products I enquired about. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. So overall I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase and the staff and the store and will visit again in the future.
