Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He took time to discuss our requirements and to test the mattresses within the type range we wanted.We were not pushed into making a quick purchase, in fact quite the opposite. We feel that he is an ambassador for the company.

Quick service, helpful staff member, caring when giving advice as currently pregnant and could tell that i was uncomfortable with lieing down also explained how certain mattresses would benefit me more so now and for when baby arrives

On arrival I was obviously looking 'lost' & an assistant approached me & asked if I needed help, which I did. She (Jacqueline at Coventry Gallagher store) asked me my needs & then showed me numerous different mattresses that might suit me. She gave me details of what the mattresses were made of & the different benefits. I was able to try them out. On deciding on which one I'd like she left me to lie on it and 'toss & turn' as much as I liked without her hovering. I appreciated that. I have today had the mattress delivered & that went smoothly. The big test will now be when I sleep tonight!
