When we went to buy our mattress we were very happy with the service we got, The assistant had great reviews regarding the love to wash mattress protector and pillows, We bought the mattress protector it is fabulous and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy one, The mattress we bought is also extremely good very happy customers indeed, I have now ordered another mattress protector ans ordered a couple of silent night pillows if I don't get on with the pillows I will definitely try your love to wash pillows. Thank you for the great value goods.

The Salesman (Mac) was very friendly, approachable and helpful without being pushy. He made us very very comfortable and welcome. He listened to our needs and addressed them.

Sales assistant was very helpful and did not go for overkill. He answered our questions and added additional information.

When I entered the shop a member of staff approached me and asked if there was anything they could help with. I explained to her that I was enquiring about purchasing a new bed and she showed me all the different types of beds. After deciding what bed I wanted I was taken to the counter and the staff explained how I could pay for the bed and when will it arrive.

Fantastic service very helpful with our needs so pleased with our visit to this store not the first bed store for this purchase but the best. Unfortunately forgot the young man's name but he was excellent
