Dreams - Coventry

After a visit to Dreams Coventry I have chosen highly satisfied for the overall experience I had there. The colleague in dreams called Trevor provided excellent customer service from the moment I entered the store tight until he carried my items and placed them in my car for me. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as he could answer all my questions.

On entering the store I was greeted by Kidd, a very knowledgable individual who told me he had been working there a number of years. I was ably assisted and what was initially a distress purchase because my divan base had broken turned out into a very pleasant experience. The Branch Manager Mark even made me a lovely cup of coffee. I returned to the store a few hours later as I had misplaced something. How refreshing the staff still remembered my name and genuinely wished to help. How refreshing in this day and age.

I was served immediately, explained what I wanted the sales assistant explained my options, colours and availability. Then placed my order and agreed a delivery date and I was sorted from start to finish in 20 minutes. Excellent.

I told Trevor that there was an additional 15% reduction if you downloaded the Dreams app which I did and confirmed this by showing him the emailI received. He knew nothing about it but as a gesture of goodwill he reduced our purchase by 10%.

The assistant was very helpful in showing us what we were looking for.

Service was great, we were helped by Jacqueline she knew the products and was very friendly and we felt at ease and under no pressure to buy. Delivery arranged and I'm sure receiving it will be just as good. Gel pillow is great too as recommended - thank you.

We were very pleased with our experience at this Dreams , the Lady who served us was very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained things really well and never tried to push you into buying something.

I don't like the hard sell and we didn't receive the hard sell. We were allowed to wander the store without being pounced upon and assistance was there when we needed it. We had intended to visit three mattress stores so we could get a feel of the products and prices but we were so impressed with the product and service at Dreams Coventry we brought at the first store that we visited.

The chap who served us was Trevor, he took time to tell us about different products and did not rush us or push us into buying, which we felt very comfortable with and appreciated. We would definitely go back to see him again if we require other products.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, was not pushy and gave me plenty of time to choose my bed. He did not influence me but had a lot of knowledge about beds to enable me to make a decision. He offered me a drink and was very friendly would definitely recommend to friends and family.
