Jacqueline was most helpful and very pleasant. The dreams store at Gallagher retail park in Coventry was very professional and has a friendly atmosphere.

Trevor was highly knowledgeable. He didn't push a sale but informed us of all of the options. He listened to our replies then helped us buy the best bed to suit our needs. My three kids were there and excited about trying out EVERY bed. Trevor engaged with them and entertained them a bit whilst my husband and I looked at beds. In fact, Trevor sold us our previous bed which we bought from the same store nearly 10 years ago!

Trevor assisted us and told us all about the colour coding which was very helpful ,and got us a lovely cup of coffee (bonus)thank you Trevor .a very helpful assistant .a choice of prices to suit your pocket and a large range of mattresses to suit your needs

Th experience that we had was amazing! The staff were not pushy with the sale and were available when needed on both occasions when we visited. Jacquline who assisted us was so helpful and friendly. And I have recommend dreams to all my friends. This was a first purchase like this for me and my fiancé Lee & we are so happy with it! The delivery was quick & the service in store was amazing! Will be coming back in 8 years time for our new bed. Thanks again!

We were made to feel welcome, the staff offered us a coffee and after giving us a bit of guidance we were left alone which gave us the chance to discuss our thoughts without the pressure of having a member of staff listening. Jacqueline ( member of staff ) came back after a while and helped with our questions without trying to influence us.
