Was greeted when arrived at the store, the pricing on the beds was explained to us, then we were offered a coffee while we looked round, we were then left to explore till the coffee was made, and when we had decided what we wanted to purchase we looked for Mac, and he then finished the purchase

We felt we were very looked after which made the shopping experience enjoyable

I was very impressed with Jacqueline. She was so helpful and efficient over the phone. Her costumer service was very professional and I must say she was the reason that I decided to purchase two beds From Dreams. Jacqueline was so lovely and polite over the phone.
