Trevor was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The service he provided was fast and efficient.

The member of staff I dealt with (Trevor) was very helpful and efficient. He talked me through my order and answered all my questions. I had quite a few questions regarding delivery and recycling and he was able to respond to all of these. Trevor is a credit to Dreams!

I was served by Jacqueline at the Coventry Gallagher park store. she was fantastic enough words wouldn't be good for how well she helped/assisted me. made me feel so comfortable. she was brilliant in her knowledge made me want to come back. would highly recommend her. her behaviour was out of this world.

We were warmly greeted and offered a hot drink almost immediately. The assistant was attentive but not pushy, knowledgeable and friendly throughout.
