Served by Anna (validation code 072) the best part was that she listened to our (the customer needs), was very observant making recommendations according to our sleep posture etc. Very helpful but not intrusive. Thank you Anna for making the whole experience pleasurable.

Jacqueline served us and she was just brilliant. We are buying our first home and she just made everything seem so easy. I've never enjoyed the company of sales person so much - she understood our needs straightaway and found the right product for us. She even went the extra mile and made me a squash to drink whilst we were putting our order through (I don't like hot drinks but she found some squash rather than just having water) she is a credit to you.

Mark was very pleasant and friendly. Knowledgeable about product we were interested in and did not rush us in anyway to make a decision...he even made the missus a cup of tea! Didn't get that level of service at other Stores we had previously visited.

The member of staff (Jackie) was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable re construction and materials used in various mattresses and fully answered all our questions. She offered exactly the right degree of involvement in our purchase and is a credit to Dreams. (She even spotted and queried the ending on my email address which I got wrong i.e. co.uk of .com)

Very friendly and informative staff, especially Anna who works at Dreams Coventry at Gallagher retail park. Lots of choice! It was hard to choose but I found the perfect mattress for me!

Being a Deaf couple , we had some trepidation with communication issues so we were delighted when Jacqueline was able to talk to us through sign language .For is, it was an added bonus & the transaction went smoothly .Abd we had a lovely cup of tea !!!!
