Kid helped me choose a mattress and also advised on pillows and duvets.

The staff gave us time to look around before approaching us and then were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased a bed before from Dreams years ago and found that the Customer service was even better this time around.

The assistant Anna was very knowledgeable with the product. She was also very pleasant and understanding with my needs as I have a back problem, she gave a very good one to one service and did not rush me at all, allowing me to try five beds before making my final choice. I would highly recommend her to anyone else visiting the shop.

trevor was very helpful explained different kinds of mattress asked us what we wanted from a new bed.Showed us different types and left us to try them out.He was friendly and knowledgable and knew what he was talking about and wasn't too pushy

Pillows were easy locate in store and the member of staff got them for me to try on the bed.
