Trevor greeted us, quickly understood our needs and gave us a very comprehensive explanation of the different types of mattress, how different types were colour coded in the store and how to test them. Selecting a mattress was the prime reason for our visit.

Trevor at the Gallagher retail park Coventry was great I had a leaflet with the bed we were interested spoke to him he showed us the bed let us have a good look then helped us choose a mattress also explained we not moving house till end of month so we sorted a delivery date out was easy to pay no difficult forms and long process to do was quick and easy and did not once feel pressured to buy thanks for a great experience

We received excellent service in store. We were served by Trevor who made every effort to ensure we purchased exactly what we wanted without any high pressure sales techniques, he really was genuinely a nice guy. We were also offered drinks and even chocolate for my daughter.

Buying furniture requires a lot of time and patience, l was served by Mac, he was very patient with my kids who were becoming very inpatient, he patiently explained all the options of buying available. While I was shopping around he showed me different types of furniture. I was very pleased by the knowledge he had about types of different furniture.

We were free to walk round show room without any pressure from sales assistants , but the sales assistant called Jackie was always available to answer any thing we needed to ask about .

Dreams - for me - is the rolls Royce of beds and mattresses and having purchased from Dreams before without issue, why on earth go anywhere else.
